Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not use SiteLauncher if doing so would violate applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and the rights you may have in your finished projects. You give SiteLauncher a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the rights needed to use submitted text, images, trademarks, data, and other materials.
AI-generated material
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for confirming factual claims, permissions, accessibility, privacy disclosures, and legal compliance. SiteLauncher does not promise that generated material is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
You may not use SiteLauncher to break the law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; deceive, harass, exploit, or impersonate others; evade security controls; overload the service; or create content or services that cause material harm. We may restrict activity that threatens customers, providers, or the service.
Plans, hosting, and purchases
Building may include free allowances. Paid plans, hosting, domains, downloads, or usage credits offered on the SiteLauncher website are governed by the price, renewal term, taxes, refund terms, and other details shown before purchase. Purchases are not offered inside the SiteLauncher iPhone app. Third-party services may have separate terms and fees.
Publishing and connected providers
You authorize SiteLauncher to act on your instructions when you connect a domain, host, commerce provider, mailbox, developer account, or other service. You remain responsible for those accounts, their terms, and content published through them. Provider outages or policy decisions may affect availability.
Service changes and availability
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep SiteLauncher available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Preview, beta, and AI features may change as we learn.
Termination
You may stop using SiteLauncher at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SiteLauncher is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. BouttheB Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through the SiteLauncher support portal.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
